I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM A STAR BUT I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW. THEY ARE RUDE, THE OWNER LU WAS MAD AT ME FOR NOT WANTING THEM TO TAKE CARE OF MY TRUCK DAMAGES! HE SAID "NO WORRIES WE WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERTHING YOU HAVE FULL COVRAGE WITH STATE FARM" I TOLD HIM I WANT REPAIRS DONE AT SHOP NEAR ME, AND THATS WHEN HE CHANGED HIS TONE TO RUDE. BBB will be receiving a letter!! POLICE SHOULD NOT SEND THEM BUSINESS, THEY TRIED TO MONOPOLIZE ME, I CAN IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE FELL FOR IT! SHAME ON YOU LU "Farney's Service Center" THUMBS DOWN!!
Two pros showed up within 30 minutes, and told me they had 13 more slide offs and 2 over turned semis their fleet was working on. They had me out quick, and treated me like a brother. Even guided me to the rest area. Bill was less than other tows I've had.
