Dirtiest rest stop bathrooms I've ever been in. Lots of open space to stretch but that's about the only positive....
This at rest area was clean and well taken care of a good place to stop and take a break.
( no hot water in men's room or ladies: the attendant spoke no English, by choice or not. The returning from lunch sub manager said :" Not for visitors but requested for several months during winter. " State said to them:" No budget?" !
